In 1996, Alyce obtained a degree in Psychology. She worked as a psychologist at the National University Hospital, Singapore, prior to practicing as a full-time image consultant. The invaluable years of practice as a psychologist give her a profound understanding of social norms and behaviour whereas her role in customer relation facilitates complete insight to business ethics.
